We understand that independent co-living homes are a smart way to support the community by giving people on a limited income access to amenities of a real middle-class home environment. The need for affordable housing has plagued Southern California for many years. The need for our service is real and we are here to help.
Meeting the Need
Co-Living is essentially shared housing. It affords people on a limited/fixed income such as social security income to live and enjoy access to all the amenities of middle class home. Our members pay a flat rate for dorm-style rooms that include full house privileges.
As part of meeting the need, we believe that all members of society should be treated with dignity and respect. So we make sure that our members know that they matter and are included in the decision making process by:
Giving our members a safe environment where we encourage them to voice their opinions
We listen to our members and implement their suggestions to continuously improve our operations
