Golden West Enterprises LLC (GWE) will also offer housing accommodations through our Comfort Stays business model. Our apartment-style homes will provide a home like environment for quick get-aways, traditional vacations and business travelers. Comfort Stays will offer safe, clean, comfortably furnished home-like accommodations for travelers that prefer an environment more like home over traditional hotel and motel rooms.

Because Comfort Stays will be specifically designed to attract vacationers and business travelers, the homes will be strategically located in revitalizing cities and growing communities. Our homes will accommodate from one to six or more guests at any one time. We anticipate that the first of our Comfort Stays will be located within walking distance of the new SoFi Stadium and Entertainment Complex in the City of Inglewood, CA.
