Golden West Enterprises LLC (GWE) will also offer housing accommodations through our Haven Homes business model. Our shared homes will be independent co-living environments for our senior community. Haven Homes will offer safe, comfortable, clean homes for active seniors who wish to develop camaraderie with others of a similar age and will cater to both women and men.

Because Haven Homes co-living environments will specifically cater to those who have attained the age of 55, our homes will be ranch style, single-level houses. Our accommodations will include single, double, and triple occupancies per room. We anticipate that the first of our Haven Homes will be dedicated to women and located in the Town of Apple Valley, CA.
